Silica gel white is an amorphous form of silica with a large internal porous structure capable of adsorbing moisture. It is chemically inert, non-toxic, and widely used as a desiccant in small pouches to protect goods from humidity. Non-indicating silica gel is white and does not change color upon moisture absorption.
